Dropping Monsters Into Other People's Art

There's this guy who goes to yard sales and Goodwill, buys other people's landscape art, and then paints in his own monsters. I love that someone is doing this - it reminds me a bit of what we do here in our blogs and games.Found on reddit - further discussion here.

This is the best thing I have seen today. If I knew more about Photo-shopping, I would go to town on this kind of stuff.

Now where did I put that print of The Hay Wain - I think it needs an Ankheg!

Let me try that again, this time in English. That is Neato!. I don't think he is using Photo Shop; it looks to me like his modifications were done with old fashioned paint (the stuff that comes in a tube, not the software.

Awesome stuff, great idea! It's kind of like the "old" addage that there's no film around that wouldn't be worth watching if you added zombies to it....well I think the same has been proven here for monsters and landscape art! Thanks for sharing.

And yes, it's not photoshopped - just old, good paints and brushes :-)
